USAGE GUIDELINES
Immune Defense: Drink 1 bottle within 60 minutes. To discuss your individual needs for this product, check with your professional or contact us.
Recovery: Shake well and take 1 tbsp (15mL) twice daily for fat pad recovery or take 1 tbsp (15mL) once daily for probiotic and Omega fatty acid recovery.
Fat pad recovery typically requires 7 bottles.
Probiotic recovery typically requires 3 bottles.
Once goal is reached, maintenance is 1 tsp (5mL) per day.
Do not exceed recommended dose as it will not speed the results.
Skin Clarifier: Take 8 capsules on an empty stomach 2 times daily for 10 days. May repeat this cleanse as desired. We recommend avoiding dairy and fried foods throughout your cleanse.
Skin Aid: Take 3 capsules twice daily on an empty stomach.
Skin Perfection Elixir: If over 175lbs, take 7 pumps AM and PM. If under 175 lbs, take 5 pumps instead.
