Candida Promoting:

  • Sugar, agave, syrup, molasses
  • Fruit (sweet) and fruit juices
  • Kombucha and fermented drinks
  • Sauer kraut

  • Sodas and alcohol (beer is the worst offender)

  • Alkalinized/hydrolyzed water
