Refund policy

All returns must be approved by Customer Support within 30 days of invoice date. There will be a 3% processing fee for all returns made after 30 days.

Only items purchased from Osmosis Beauty can be returned to Osmosis Beauty. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
