Operations Coordinator Position

We're looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage transfer order processing, inventory coordination, and warehouse operations support. This role requires strong working knowledge of NetSuite, solid data and reporting skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously. This is an onsite position requiring daily presence to coordinate closely with the operations teams.

 

Key Responsibilities
Transfer Order Management:
  • Enter and process transfer orders
  • Receive transfer orders in NetSuite upon arrival at final destination
  • Create receiving orders at 3PL based on completed transfer orders
Inventory & Warehouse Operations:
  • Set up and maintain cycle counts across warehouse locations
  • Conduct inventory planning and analytics, tracking SKU trends by warehouse to support stocking and replenishment decisions
Shipping & Logistics:
  • Set up and coordinate international shipments
  • Manage shipping of special/non-standard items
Operational Support:
  • Review work orders for accuracy and completion prior to issuing
  • Support special projects as assigned by operations leadership
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain coordination
  • Solid understanding of operations workflows (order-to-receipt, warehouse processes)
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (transfer orders, receiving, order management)
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to build and interpret operational reports
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent priorities
  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week (M-F)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment
  • Experience with international shipping documentation/compliance
  • Familiarity with cycle count programs and inventory accuracy processes
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $40,000-$60,000 / year, commensurate with experience
