Out of 6,000 estheticians, I was nominated not just for the treatments I give, but for my passion and deep belief in this philosophy. My success has never been about sales—it’s about transformation, education, and empowering people to finally feel at peace in their skin.
We’d love to learn more about your professional journey and your successful practice:
TENI KESHISHYAN: At 46, I am living proof that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself. I started my journey into holistic skincare after 40—not as a trend, but as a deeply personal mission. For most of my life, I struggled with chronic GI issues and skin conditions. Even as an adult, breakouts, pigmentation, and digestive pain were my daily reality. I spent years searching for answers in medications and mainstream treatments, only to feel worse and more disconnected from my body.
My turning point came when I realized that true healing wouldn’t come from another prescription, but from understanding the deeper connections between my gut, skin, emotions, and lifestyle. I turned to holistic and Eastern healing, and the change was immediate. Within just a week, I was off PPIs after 10+ years of dependency, and for the first time, I felt hope.
When I became an esthetician, I knew I had to walk a different path—one that honored the deep relationship between internal and external health. That’s when I discovered Osmosis Beauty. It felt like fate. Dr. Ben Johnson’s philosophy finally mirrored everything I had learned the hard way: that the skin is a mirror of internal harmony, that healing is possible without toxicity, and that emotional and physical wellness are inseparable.
Today, I help others uncover the root causes of their skin concerns—especially those who feel they’ve tried everything. One of my most meaningful experiences was helping an 18-year-old client suffering from severe acne. His dream of becoming a special ops soldier was put on hold due to his skin condition. After following my Osmosis protocol with full commitment, his skin cleared in six months—and he was accepted into the Army. I still treasure the letter he sent me from training, thanking me for helping change his life.
What does Wellness mean to you?
TENI KESHISHYAN: Wellness means freedom—freedom from pain, insecurity, and confusion. It means having the energy to show up for my kids, my clients, and myself with confidence and love.

If you could give a Facial Infusion treatment to anyone past or present, who would it be and why?
TENI KESHISHYAN: If I could, I would give a facial infusion to my younger self on my wedding day. I was nervous and uncomfortable in my skin, dealing with flaking and breakouts. I would love to give that young woman the glow, calm, and confidence she deserved.
Any advice for new Estheticians?
TENI KESHISHYAN: Don’t fall for the billion-dollar beauty marketing machine. Trust your intuition. Skip the harsh peels and overpriced devices. Heal the skin by healing the body. Osmosis will show you how.
