Digital Marketing Intern Position

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern with a passion for content creation and storytelling. This role is ideal for someone excited about social media, influencer partnerships, PR efforts, and educational content within the beauty and wellness space.
You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day content execution, growing our social presence, and helping bring our brand voice to life across multiple digital channels.

Organic Social Media:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Linkedin
- Write engaging, brand-aligned captions using compliant marketing language
- Support creation of short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
- Monitor social trends and contribute content ideas that align with brand strategy
- Engage with our online community through comments and messages
Influencer & Community Management:
- Assist with influencer outreach, gifting, and relationship management
- Help identify and vet creators aligned with brand values
- Track influencer partnerships and campaign performance
- Support user-generated content (UGC) collection and organization
PR & Media Relations:
- Assist with product requests and shipments for editors, media outlets, and PR partners
- Track and organize media coverage, press mentions, and earned placements
Podcast Production:
- Assist in planning podcast content, including topic research and guest coordination
- Support recording logistics and episode scheduling
- Help edit or coordinate editing of podcast episodes
- Write episode titles, descriptions, and supporting promotional copy
- Assist in promoting episodes across social media and other channels
Blog & Content Writing:
- Assist in writing and editing blog posts focused on skincare education and product benefits
- Conduct research on industry trends and relevant topics
- Optimize blog content for readability and brand voice consistency
Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in tracking social and content performance metrics
- Conduct research on industry trends and relevant topics
- Optimize blog content for readability and brand voice consistency
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Interest in skincare, beauty, and wellness
- Passion for social media, PR, and content creation
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating content for Instagram or TikTok
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, PR, and UGC strategies
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of SEO or blog writing best practices
