Glowing Goddess Green Smoothie Recipe

What you'll need

1/2 cup green grapes
1/2 banana
1/2 granny smith apple chopped
1 1/2 cup fresh spinach
1 cup coconut water, pineapple juice, or almond milk (depending on how creamy or tangy you like it)
1/2 small avocado
1 tbs. chia seeds

TIP: We recommend freezing the fruits so there is no need for ice!


Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add your liquid of choice until it's thin enough to easily combine. Pour into your favorite glass, top with more chia seeds or shaved coconut, and enjoy your radiance inside and out!
