JENNY PANTOJA: My journey into skincare began with my mother's influence, sparking my passion for beauty and skincare. Despite initially considering a career in nursing, I found my true calling in the aesthetics field after enrolling in esthetician school. Over my 16-year career, I've witnessed the dynamic evolution of the aesthetics industry, staying current with treatments and technologies. I prioritize staying informed and enhancing my skills by attending conferences, keeping up with industry trends, and taking online classes through partners like Osmosis Beauty. Utilizing social media has been crucial in expanding my business, allowing me to connect with my audience through shared insights and brand presence. I'm deeply grateful for our loyal clientele and devoted employees at Posh Skin Lab, whose unwavering dedication forms the foundation of our continued success, empowering and enriching clients in their skincare journeys.
What does Wellness mean to you?
JENNY PANTOJA: Wellness, to me, is all-encompassing—it's about nurturing my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It's finding balance in every aspect of life, from what I eat and how I move to how I care for myself and manage stress. Investing in my health means prioritizing rituals like regular exercise, balanced nutrition, good sleep, daily skincare routine, mindfulness practices, and treating myself to the occasional massage. When I need guidance, whether it's through check-ups, therapy, or holistic treatments, I seek professional support. Ultimately, wellness is my ongoing journey, each choice enhancing my vitality and vibrancy, leading to a more fulfilling life.
Care to share about your favorite Osmosis success story?
JENNY PANTOJA: Osmosis has significantly impacted many lives, particularly through the Facial Infusion treatment, which I introduced to my business in 2019. It remains the most requested treatment years later, with thousands performed. Clients adore its immediate and long-term results, making it a staple in my business. Not only is it an incredible treatment, but it's also been the most profitable. It's a win-win situation that I'm proud to have as part of my success story.
What’s your favorite Osmosis product(s)?

What are you passionate about personally?
JENNY PANTOJA: Aside from my lifelong passion for skincare, my greatest passion lies in being the best mother I can be. As a mother of four, my children are my top priority, and finding balance between running a business and being present for my family has been a journey. I'm grateful for the growth and learning experiences that have brought me to where I am today, and I strive every day to create a fulfilling life for myself and my family.
What does the future look like to you?
JENNY PANTOJA: In the future, I see endless opportunities for growth and expansion, both personally and professionally. I envision expanding my business while allowing God to guide me on the right path. I'll continue to innovate in the skincare industry, nurturing relationships and cherishing moments with loved ones along the way.
If you could give a Facial Infusion treatment to anyone past or present, who would it be and why?
JENNY PANTOJA: If I could give the Facial Infusion treatment to anyone, it would be my late mother. She was my initial inspiration, unknowingly guiding me onto this path. While I had the privilege of treating her to many facials, she never experienced Facial Infusion. I'm certain she would have loved the rejuvenating effects and the chance to indulge in some well-deserved self-care.
Any advice for new Estheticians?
JENNY PANTOJA: My advice for new estheticians is to prioritize continuous education. This includes investing in learning opportunities during school and beyond. Attend conferences, delve into ingredient knowledge, listen to podcasts, and take advantage of online courses—there are plenty of free resources available. Choose skincare lines that align with your beliefs and values, as I have with Osmosis. Believe in yourself; confidence is key in building trust with your clients. Avoid trying to emulate others; stay authentic to your own style and personality. This is the only way you can truly take pride in your unique successes.
